What is involved?

Every so often we will send out some short questionnaires asking you what you think about planned changes or changes we have made. We will also ask you about your experiences about the quality of care that you have received and for your ideas about how we can make improvements.

We will contact you by email and will try to be as brief as possible.

From time-to-time we may invite you to an in-person meeting.

We would like to ensure that we have a broad and diverse representation from our local community.

We need younger people, workers, retirees, people with long-term conditions and people from all ethnic groups.
