About Ball Tree Patient Voice

The Team at Ball Tree are always working to improve our services.

As a surgery we are wanting to re-establish our Patient Participation Group. As a collective the PPG have the opportunity to become more involved with the surgery, to learn about the healthcare provision within the local area, and make suggestions on improvements which could benefit the surgery.

Every so often we will send out short questionnaires asking you what you think about planned changes or changes we have made.

We will also ask about your experiences about the quality of care you have received and for your ideas about how we can make improvements.

We will most likely contact you by text, email and phone but also we would like to meet in person from time to time.

We would like to have a broad and diverse representation from our local population and welcome

• Younger
• Working age
• Parents
• Retirees
• People with complex ongoing conditions
• People with particular needs
