Beacon House
Beacon House is a specialist, innovative and creative therapeutic service for young people, families and adults. With a special interest in working with individuals of all ages who have experienced trauma and loss, we are passionate about offering safe and effective therapies in a way that enables people to re-build their lives following stress and adversity. We also take pride in supporting individuals and teams to develop their trauma informed practice through training, supervision and consultation.
Safe In Sussex
Safe in Sussex started life in 1977 as Worthing Women’s Aid, providing refuge accommodation for women and their children suffering from domestic abuse.
This was simply a group of women offering safe refuge for other women suffering from domestic abuse. Since then we have grown to a team of 40+ passionate staff members and volunteers, with services offered to anyone affected by domestic abuse in the West Sussex community, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, age or sexuality.

Dan Siegel is the executive director of the Mindsight Institute and founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA, where he was also principal co-investigator of the Center for Culture, Brain and Development and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the School of Medicine.
Daniel Hughes Ph.D
Dan Hughes, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist with a limited practice in Damariscotta, Maine. He founded and developed Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), the treatment of children who have experienced abuse and neglect and who demonstrate ongoing problems related to attachment and trauma.
Touchbase
TouchBase is a community interest organisation, working on a not for profit basis. We support children, young people and young adults to recover well from adverse childhood experiences, so that they can live life well at home, school, work and out and about within their local communities. We believe in the need for regulation to soothe and quieten faulty alarm systems.

They offer support if you have experienced hate crime, sexual violence or domestic abuse. They also support lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer people who have had problems with the policeor have questions about the criminal justice system.
